This multi-phase renovation and Class A office build-out project impacted all but two stories of the 12-story downtown building. The project scope included: total transformation of the first floor lobby; four individual Class A office suite renovations; the creation of a new fitness center and high-tech business center on the second floor; a new premier lounge space; high-end renovations to the elevator lobby areas; selective demolition and conversion of white box space for several suites; and white box space for a new Panera Bread restaurant.

Featured materials include reclaimed walnut wood panels, LED lighting, and E-Beam interactive technology integrated into the new business center for all tenants to enjoy.

Owned and developed by Franklin Partners, LLC, the 12-story office building is the home to 13 local and national businesses. As Construction Manager, O-A-K provided on-site supervision, total project budgeting, schedule management, logistics coordination, carpentry and general construction trade work.
