Located within 5300 Patterson, a fully renovated Class A suburban office facility in Kentwood, MI, this 33,000 sf fit-out was completed to accommodate the relocation of Nolan Transportation Group, a national trucking logistics company.

Existing design elements, such as light fixtures, doors and ceiling tiles, were all utilized to complement the new light and airy workspace, while custom design features, such as flexible seating arrangements, new flooring, countertops and casework, were carefully integrated to ensure a contemporary design that maximizes space and optimizes workflow.

Project Scope:

• Open concept break room and coffee room with high-end appliances, including kegerator and bevy beverage system.
• The reconfiguration of salvaged and new furniture
• Installation of wooden slat partitions to define spaces
• New flooring, casework & countertops
