The 7,200 sf sales building received renovations to the showroom including storefront windows, a semi-circle central reception area, raised platform sales office and two management offices. Covered walk/vehicle display, 2,400 sf new car delivery area and four finance offices were added to the outside and the complete exterior refinished.

The 14,200 sf Service area renovations included a remodel of the center’s service drive, as well as renovations to the interior of the existing service building, service waiting area, restrooms, car rental booth, concierge, hospitality, business development & cashiers areas. The service drive-thru area underwent multiple improvements including demolition of existing service writers’ kiosk & construction of new service booths, installation of porcelain tile on the service drive & replacement of existing grid ceiling with new stucco ceiling & LED light fixtures.
