This 8,500 sf build-out of Ghafari’s new office in a historic downtown Grand Rapids building gave employees a new and improved working environment. The new workspace includes a community meeting room, which was converted from a former mechanical penthouse, as well as features like a kitchenette and storage space. The renovation also included lots of windows to let in the natural light, an improvement over the company’s previous office.

In addition to these new spaces, the project involved floor leveling and adding in new mechanical and electrical systems to update the space for Ghafari.
