This $1.7 million food manufacturing project involved the renovation of Kellogg’s Snack Line called “Northeastwood.” Project scope included General Contracting support for Kellogg’s/Jacob’s Engineering for installation of a new pop tart line.

In addition to providing General Contracting services, O-A-K self-performed all demolition, concrete and carpentry, working off shift and weekends, as required.

Project began in December 2010 and was completed on time in June 2011.
