This project consists of 72,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space constructed of masonry and steel bar joist which is designed to withstand hurricane force winds up to 130 mph. The walls have 15’ – 20’ parapets with six 40’ towers. Site work, parking and landscaping were also part of the scope. Since the completion of the building, O‑A‑K has performed many build-outs at the property including retail space and walk-in health facility.
