8,000 sf tilt wall constructed building addition to existing studio facility with demolition of old studio space and atrium.

Interior improvements include: Renovated lobby with new staircase and elevator, new studio with equipment, open plan newsroom, edit booths and offices, New videographers office and storage, green rooms, employee break room and restrooms were also added. Improved power, HVAC and fire suppression systems were installed throughout. The old studio and newsroom was renovated for production and marketing staff offices.
