Owen‑Ames‑Kimball Co. announces the addition of Tim Marcus as a Senior Project Manager. Tim brings executive experience with over 30 years of commercial industry leadership ranging from multi-million dollar higher education projects to fast-track commercial build-outs.
In his new role, Tim will oversee projects while providing leadership within the O‑A‑K Project Management team, including employee development and program management for commercial construction projects ranging from $5 million to $75 million. Annually, the firm oversees $250 million worth of construction projects.

About Tim Marcus
Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University, a master’s degree in Engineering Management from Western Michigan University, and is a Distinguished Military Graduate from the U.S. Army Engineering Officer Basic Course.
His time in the military was spent managing numerous construction projects domestically as well as the construction of a 1,200-person base camp in a remote portion of the Republic of Honduras.
Throughout his career, Tim has served as a board member for several local community organizations including Grand Rapids Neighborhood Ventures, Expanded Learning Opportunities Network, and Campfire USA West Michigan.
