(GRAND RAPIDS, MI) - Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. (O-A-K), local professional construction firm, announces the additions of Dave Fleece as Project Manager, Rob Gulliver as Project Superintendent, and Jason Nugent as Carpenter.
Dave Fleece, Project Manager (pictured left), has over 19 years of commercial building experience, with expertise in design and pre-construction planning. He holds his Bachelor of Technology in Architecture from Bowling Green State University and his Master of Architecture from Miami University. Dave’s responsibilities include cost management, team communication and project documentation. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and a Licensed and Registered Architect.
Rob Gulliver, Project Superintendent (pictured center), brings 12 years of combined construction experience to O-A-K. He is currently completing his Bachelor of Arts in Construction Management from National Labor College. With specific trade experience in mechanical and industrial insulation, Rob’s practical knowledge will be an asset to his on-site supervision duties.
Jason Nugent, Carpenter (pictured right), has 7 years of commercial construction experience in the field. He holds his Associates of Arts with MACRAO from Grand Rapids Community College. His responsibilities at O-A-K include supervision assistance, general trades, and custom carpentry services.
