Owen Ames Kimball Company (O A K), a preeminent general contractor with a longstanding presence in Southwest Florida, has named Jo Durocher Division Controller. Durocher's responsibilities as head of Accounting Services at O‑A‑K include leading the Accounting Services team, overseeing accounts, monthly journals, pay applications, payroll, and administrative tasks.
"Jo has a robust background, including roles as both an accountant for a general contractor and an owner's representative for funding projects," said Matthew Zwack, president of Owen‑Ames‑Kimball Florida. "Her experience covers diverse projects from $5 million ventures to massive $2 billion multi-campus hospitals. We are excited to have her join our leadership team."
Durocher is proficient in information technology, cloud-based software, and office equipment.

In her previous positions, she played essential roles in the construction of the $1.2 billion Colorado Veterans Administration Hospital and the $20 million Arvada, CO Regional Transportation District Parking Garage.
