Alpine Elementary completed a $6.8 million remodeling project that included upgraded finishes and two significant additions, a new office space and gymnasium. The upgraded finishes throughout the school were completed on a tight deadline of 11 weeks.

This project was part of an overall $10 million in improvements O‑A‑K performed for the district over Summer 2017. We managed all construction projects funded by the $55.24 million bond proposal voters passed in May 2016.

Project scope included:

• Remodels and upgrades in every room in the building, including: ceilings, paint, new casework, new flooring, new domestic water lines, water filtration system, 3 new boilers, and LED lighting
• A new office space with a secure entry
• A new parking lot, bus loop, and pick up/drop off area to allow better flow of traffic
• A new gymnasium
• Roof replacement
• Playground
